If the connection between Amainvoice and Amazon does not exist anymore, because the developer authorisation expired, you can see the following on your home page:
You can update the connection in Amainvoice with these few steps.
- In your Amainvoice account go to Settings - Company core data
- On the left side to Amazon SP-API
- On this page scroll down a little bit and click on the orange button Recreate connection
- You are now forwarded to the Seller Central and might have to login there
- On the page in the Seller Central tik the box and complete the process with Confirm
- Back in Amainvoice you will receive a confirmation and than click on Save in the top right corner
Notes on the data import after the renewed connection:
Missing data of the last 30 days are always imported and processed automatically.
Missing data, that dates back further than 30 days, cannot be imported seamlessly after the reconnection. To close the gap a manual import of the data is needed.
